How long until my missions are validated?+
Most missions auto-validate within 24h. Surveys are instant. Missions requiring a deposit may take up to 72h while the partner confirms.
Why wasn't my mission validated?+
The partner can reject a mission if you didn't reach the goal, used a VPN, or have multiple accounts on your device. Open a ticket from the mission and we'll review within 48h.
Are earnings real money?+
Yes. Earnings are stored in EUR and displayed in your local currency. Withdraw from $5 in gift cards, $10 PayPal, or $20 bank transfer.
How long do withdrawals take?+
PayPal: within 24h. Gift cards: instant. Bank transfer: 1-3 business days. USDC crypto: within 1h.
Are there any fees?+
No fees on PayPal, bank transfer or gift cards. Crypto: $0.50 network fee. Gift cards: +5% bonus.
Do I need to verify my identity?+
Not for first withdrawals up to $100 lifetime. Above that, we ask for ID (KYC) to comply with regulations.
Can I have multiple accounts?+
No. One account per person, device and address. Multiple accounts are auto-detected and result in a permanent ban without payment.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Unwithdrawn earnings will be lost, so withdraw first.
Is my data sold?+
No. We don't sell or share your personal data. Partners only receive an anonymized ID to track your missions.
How does the referral program work?+
Share your link. Your friend signs up, completes their first mission, and makes their first withdrawal. You earn $3. Then 10% of all their future earnings, lifetime, no cap.
Is there a referral cap?+
No. You can refer as many people as you want. The more you refer, the more reward tiers you unlock.
